John Wullert
National Communications System
John is Research Director in Information Analysis and Services Research at Telcordia Technologies. John participates in the MSF as a representative
of the National Communications System, a US Government agency. John has 22 years of experience researching various telecommunications topics, including priority
communications, education applications of video technologies, information storage techniques, optical computing, and advanced information display technologies. John holds a Bachelors Degree
from Lafayette College, a Masters degree from Carnegie Mellon University and a Ph.D. from Rutgers University, all in Electrical and Computer Engineering.
John was elected as the MSF TC Vice Chairperson in April 2008.
